Understand Pallix before you commit.
Clear answers about AI visibility, market coverage, the free audit, self-serve trial, pricing and what the dashboard actually does.
AI visibility
What is AI visibility?
AI visibility describes how often and how prominently a brand appears when buyers ask AI engines for recommendations, comparisons or category guidance. It includes whether the brand is mentioned, where it is positioned, how it is described and which sources support the answer.
What are AEO and GEO?
Answer Engine Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization describe the work of improving how a brand appears in AI-generated answers. AI visibility is the broader measurement layer; AEO and GEO are the practices used to improve it.
How is AI visibility different from SEO?
SEO measures how pages perform in traditional search results. AI visibility measures whether an answer engine recommends or describes a brand, which competitors it presents, and which sources it uses as evidence. Strong search rankings do not automatically guarantee strong AI recommendations.
Can AI say something inaccurate about my brand?
Yes. AI engines can repeat outdated or unsupported claims about products, pricing, availability or positioning. Pallix surfaces those answers and the evidence behind them so your team can identify the source of the problem.
How Pallix works
What does Pallix measure?
Pallix measures visibility, recommendation position, share of voice, sentiment, competitor presence and the sources cited across buyer-intent prompts. It also highlights source gaps, market signals and prioritized fixes.
Which AI engines does Pallix track?
The paid workspace tracks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Copilot. The free audit uses three AI surfaces to produce a faster one-time diagnosis.
How are prompts selected?
Prompts are built around the brand, category, market and buyer journey. They include discovery, comparison, feature, review and brand-seeking questions rather than a generic fixed keyword list.
What is citation intelligence?
Citation intelligence shows the domains, URLs, publishers, communities and marketplaces AI engines use to support their answers. It helps teams understand why competitors are winning and which sources may be worth influencing.
What are prioritized fixes?
Pallix converts observed gaps into ranked actions across content, authority, technical readiness and market presence. Each fix is tied to the evidence that caused it, so the team can understand why it matters.
Markets and coverage
Can Pallix monitor different countries?
Yes. Choose the country or market you want to measure. Pallix runs market-aware prompts using the language, phrasing and source ecosystem relevant to that audience.
Why does market selection matter?
AI answers can change by country because buyers use different language, competitors, publishers, communities and marketplaces. A result measured in one geography may not represent what customers see elsewhere.
Does Pallix support local-language prompts?
Pallix can incorporate the language and buyer phrasing relevant to the selected market. Exact coverage depends on the category and setup, and can be reviewed during onboarding or a guided demo.
Which categories does Pallix support?
Pallix supports categories where buyer questions, competitors and recommendation sources can be mapped clearly. The onboarding flow identifies the relevant category and surfaces; teams with specialized needs can review them in a demo.
Audit and trial
What does the free audit include?
The no-signup audit is a one-time diagnosis across real buyer-intent prompts. It shows visibility, important missed prompts, leading competitors, citation gaps and initial actions.
How is the 14-day trial different from the audit?
The audit is a one-time report. The trial creates a real workspace with 30 active prompts, all five AI surfaces and Growth-level access so you can experience recurring monitoring and the wider dashboard.
Do I need a credit card or demo to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial is self-serve and requires no payment card or sales call. A guided demo is available if you want help choosing prompts, competitors or rollout scope.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose Starter or Growth to continue monitoring the same workspace. The plan determines prompt volume, refresh cadence, competitor depth and the intelligence modules included.
Plans and support
How is Pallix priced?
Plans are priced per brand with unlimited seats. They differ by prompt volume, refresh cadence, competitor depth and intelligence modules. See plans and pricing for the current details.
Which plan should I choose?
Starter is for focused recurring visibility tracking. Growth adds daily refreshes, five AI surfaces, Editorial Intelligence and Reddit signals. Agency / Enterprise supports multi-brand, white-label and custom rollout needs.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Pallix is designed for marketing, growth, content, PR and leadership teams. Technical findings are translated into clear business impact and next actions.
