Refund & Cancellation

This policy explains how Pallix subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and when a payment is eligible for a refund.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance, in the currency shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from billing settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the period already paid for. Cancelling part-way through a period does not automatically refund its remainder.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of the first payment on a new subscription. After this window, payments and renewal charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a charge was made in error.

Payment processing

International non-INR orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record. INR payments use our India payment provider. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
