Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Pallix collects when you run an audit, start a trial, or use a workspace—and how that information is handled.
What we collect
We store the account details you provide, brand workspace details such as domain and category, saved prompts, competitor lists, audit responses, and derived report data. We may also store operational logs needed to debug product issues and monitor reliability.
How we use data
We use this data to create and maintain your workspace, run audits, generate reports, improve product reliability, and provide support. We do not use your brand data to publicly market your business without your permission.
Third-party services
Pallix relies on infrastructure, analytics, payment, email, and AI-related providers to run parts of the product. These services may process prompts, responses, logs, and operational metadata required to complete audits and operate the application.
Retention and access
We keep workspace and report data while your account remains active and as needed for product operations or legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data or share your brand data and audit results with other brands for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with service providers who help us operate the product, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
Security
We use reasonable security practices, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Pallix evolves. We will communicate material changes through email, the product, or this page. The date shown here indicates the latest revision.
