These terms set clear expectations for audits, trials, workspaces, and paid subscriptions across Pallix.
Use of the product
You may use Pallix to create workspaces, run AI visibility audits, and review reports for your own brand or for brands you are authorized to manage. You agree not to use the product for unlawful, abusive, or misleading activity.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your workspace. You must provide accurate account information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
AI-generated output
Pallix reports rely on third-party AI platforms and related data providers. AI outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, so you should treat them as decision support rather than guaranteed truth.
Trials, plans, and billing
Eligible users may start a 14-day trial without a payment card. Trial limits and included features are shown in the product. Paid-plan pricing, renewal terms, and billing details shown at checkout or in a written quote control the commercial relationship.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Pallix available and reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features, providers, limits, and workflows may change as the product improves. We will communicate material changes when reasonably possible.
Intellectual property
Pallix and its original product materials remain our property. You retain your rights in the brand information and content you submit, and grant us the limited permission needed to process that material and provide the service.
